RefectoCil 10vol Cream Oxidant 100ml

The creamy alternative to the liquid oxidant. A stabilised, creme based and subtly fragranced developed for the RefectoCil eyelash & eyebrow tints. Only the use of RefectoCil Oxidant guarantees the tinting results of RefectoCil tints.

To use: Mix 15-20 drops of creme oxidant with 2cm of tint - please read all instructions before use.
